Product material standard: GB, ASTM, SAE, ISO, EN, DIN, JIS, BS (mainly based on GB which meets customer's requirement)
Product production reference: 2D and 3D drawings (Igs, PDF, JPEG, DWG, CAXA, UG, Stp, etc.) or sample mapping out of the production.
Processing method: CNC-based
Product inspection method: three-coordinate, spectrum analyzer and other inspection equipment,

Further production process: 1. Equipment: laser cutting machine, bending machine, punching machine, step press, press, CNC, lathe, milling machine, drilling machine, grinder, etc; 2. Heat treatment: annealing, carbonizing, tempering, quenching, normalizing, surface tempering 3. Surface treatment: powder coating, anodizing, chrome plating, painting, sandblasting, nickel plating, galvanizing, blackening, polishing, bluing, etc. Tooling and molds: 1. Mold life: usually semi-permanent.   2. Mold delivery time: 15-25 days, depending on structure and size. 3.Tooling and mold maintenance: by Jiaming. Quality control: 1. Quality control: defective product rate is less than 0.1%. 2. Samples and trial production will be 100% inspected during production and before shipment, and samples for mass production will be inspected according to ISO standards or customer requirements 3.Testing equipment: Spectrum analyzer, CMM, hardness testing equipment, tensile testing machine; 4、After-sales service is available. 5, Quality status can be traced. 1. OEM & ODM are both accepted. Products can be designed and manufactured in the form of samples, drawings or even drafts according to customers' requirements. 2. Delivery time (negotiable):  - For mold: about 15-35 days.  - For sample: 7-15 days. - For mass production: 25-35 days. 3. Payment terms (negotiable):    - For mold: 100% prepayment before development.    - For sample: Negotiable.    - For mass production: 30% prepayment before production (and after sample approval), 70% balance before delivery. 5. 5. Packing: carton, plywood box, standard export pallet or as per customer's request. 6. Transportation terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF are acceptable.
